Sanjay has been at the forefront of the development of the law relating to electricity in India. He has also been involved in legal matters concerning company law and other infrastructure verticals such as the development of roads, minor ports, airports etc. Sanjay is a law graduate (LL.B.) from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and has a Master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh. He was enrolled as an Advocate in rolls of the Bar Council of Orissa in 1992 and was designated as Senior Advocate in 2013.
