Roberta Ruth Elwin Kharbuli is a law graduate (B.A. LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. After completing her graduate degree in law, Roberta was enrolled as an Advocate in rolls of the Bar Council of Delhi and started litigation practice in Praxis Counsel, Advocates & Solicitors. Since 2013, she has been practising in chambers where her primary focus area is the law relating to electricity.
Roberta has been involved in several cases concerning tariff and the development of renewable energy. She has been routinely appearing before various Commissions, Appellate Tribunals for Electricity, High Courts, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Roberta’s other areas of interest in law are arbitration and intellectual property.
Roberta’s personal interests include travelling, cooking, and interior decoration. She is based in New Delhi.
